The Pancake head screw provides up to 80% more pullout load compared to other screws. The single lead, low-angle thread helps reduce problems associated over-driving the fastener. The single lead thread also provides better control during installation, making it more difficult to overdrive the screw. Because the Concealor provides more consistent tightening, there is more resistance to loosening.
CONCEALOR Pancake Head Screws with the square recess provides the best stability during installation...and no stripping of the recess!
Installation WARNING! Using impact drivers can break the screw! Use a 2,500 RPM max variable speed screw drivers with torque control or depth sensing nosepiece.
