Introduction:
Roofing nails are used to fasten shingles during roof installation, attach roof tiles, and sheet metal, and also install roofing felt for waterproofing. They have a broad nail head to keep sheathing, house wrap, and roofing felt in place. More commonly found as ring shank nails, they sometimes will have twisted shafts for holding power.
